Human Resource Manager

Dori first began credentialing photographers when she first joined Bella Baby in 2014. As Human Resource manager she continues to ensure that photographers are prepared to work in the hospitals.

Holly Todd
Area Manager

Holly is a fantastic photographer, team leader and recently a mom to this adorable little one! She provides leadership to our Connecticut team, working closely with our hospital partners and our wonderful photographers in the area.

Colleen Bernard
Area Manager

Colleen started at Bella Baby in 2008 as the founder’s first employee. And since those nitty gritty upstart years she has settled into operations, market development, strategy and management. We are excited that those years of experience are now focused solely on NJ!

Bailey Hoffman
Regional Manager & Social Media Coordinator

Working with Bella since early 2017, Bailey has grown from photographer, mentor, trainer to Regional Manager. Additionally she manages our social media accounts and goes through galleries daily to support teams through recognition and celebration of their talent. When she’s not working, Bailey spends time with her husband and two sons at the beach, in the woods or at one of the many activites her and her children are involved in.

Chris Johnson
Directing of Marketing

More than knowing which Zap points to which Google Sheet, Chris oversees brand and digital development and our growing bellababyplan.com. He has a distinct passion for the latest communication and marketing technologies. His background is in web development, digital marketing and helping companies grow. He loves being a dad, playing whiffle ball and frisbee with his Australian Shepherd, Penny.

Sheri Riddell
Creative & Content Manger

Sheri has been working on photography with Kevin for the last 20 years and has helped build our regions from the bottom up. She is the Creative Manager pulling and approving content for alll printed and digital content. Sheri is the head editor for Bella Baby, caring for all customers' editing needs. Outside of work Sheri enjoys hikes with her dog Dottie, cooking, bike rides, traveling, going to concerts and hanging with her new man.

Taylar Jackson
Bella Baby Life Sessions Director

Taylar has been with Bella Baby since 2018, and has worn many hats during her time. She started on the Customer Service team, has assisted with photographer training and management, plays a part on the Marketing Team, and most recently will be leading the Bella Baby Life Sessions program. After work, she enjoys teaching dance, watching baking shows, and hanging out with her cat Jelly Bean.

Gisela Kearns
Hiring Manager

Gisela has been with Bella Baby since April 2017. She is in charge of hiring all of you wonderfully talented photographers! Gisela loves sharing her enthusiasm for Bella Baby with potential new hires. Outside of work she is most happy spending time with her family, 3 children and the newest addition her first grandbaby.

Customer Service

Glenda Matos
Shipping Manager & Customer Service Rep

Glenda is the newest member of the Bella Baby team. She joined in October 2021 as Shipping Manager and Customer Service Rep. Outside of work Glenda enjoys spending time with her family, being creative, traveling and exploring new places and things.

Yessi Soriano
Bella Baby Customer Service Manager

Yessi joined the team in Feb 2019. She ensures that the customers of Bella Baby are happy, helped and satisfied. Along with assisting in other projects, Yessi motivates, oversees and leads a great team of five other Customer Service Representatives! With her Spanish background she also helps all customers with language barriers! In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer, spending family time with her mom & 14 year old daughter, and of course taking her dog Nala on hikes!

Abigael Stephens
Customer Service Rep

Abigael has been with Bella Baby since August 2019. She supports Bella Baby where needed, but her main role is Customer Service Representative. In her down time she is finishing up her graduate schooling, cooking, and watching the Bachelor with her fiancé and rescue dog Maui.

Ashley Shade
Customer Service Rep

Ashley has been with Bella Baby since June 2021. Her main role is Customer service and she provides photographer and staff support and assists with other projects such as greeter scheduling. She has a diverse background in Business, IT, Culinary Arts, Pharmacy, Healthcare and Politics. In her time outside of Bella she is an activist and political advocate currently running for City Council. Ashley enjoys jokes, naptime food and traveling.
