"Back in 2018 I got to experience Bella Baby as a new mom. I already had a newborn session scheduled, but I still actively sought out the photographers at Ocean Medical Center. I remember saying to my husband how amazing it would be to work for Bella Baby. Fast forward to 2023 the stars align and I become a Bella Baby Photographer. I have felt nothing but support from day 1. From initial training to mentorship then again while in the photography development program I’ve felt like Bella Baby has supported my desire to grow in a field I love! Still a year later when a parent, a hospital employee or someone I’m bragging to about my job tell me what a cool job I have, I always reply the same way… it’s the best!"

"Before working for Bella Baby I was a well seasoned photographer, but I had not worked with babies yet alone in a hospital. All throughout my training there was all the information I needed to navigate this new work environment. If I had questions there was someone who was able to answer me. My manager is always checking in with me and seeing how I am doing and if I need anything. There is always encouragement to do something different whether that is in a session or another job. The amount of support within the company is not something I see in many other places. Truly a job I have come to love and enjoy."

"When I started as a newborn photographer at NYU Hospital, I had never even held a baby before. Now, after seven years and more than 3,500 newborn sessions, I can confidently say I’ve gotten the hang of it.
