Photographers adhere to a health screening protocol, and local guidelines. Families will be asked to self screen prior to their session, please contact us with any questions.
Bella Baby watches the forecast closely and will determine if a rain delay is necessary. This decision is made by noon the day before your session and you will be notified by phone call and email.
If you are running late to your session, please contact your photographer immediately. This may mean your family will not receive the full session time.
Photo Editing Policy
Your digital gallery will be lightly edited by your photographer – i.e. color, cropping, and lighting adjustments – as a complimentary service. It does not include Photoshop image manipulation of objects, faces, bodies or clothing. We would be happy to provide a quote for additional editing.
For safety, photographers are not able to provide props at this time. However, this is your shoot so you can make it your own! Please keep in mind that simplicity matters. We welcome small props that add to the photos and help express your family’s personality. If you have a special toy that will make small ones feel more at ease we encourage you to bring it. A blanket to sit on is a great idea in case grass is damp. Bubbles for the end of a session are always a hit with kids!
What should we wear?
Wear something that reflects who you are and is comfortable. We recommend you pick a couple of colors and choose clothes that will fit in this color scheme. Coordinate but not necessarily match your family’s clothing. These photos will be treasured for many years to come so choosing simple, classic styles will give your images a timeless feel.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:
Bella Baby Photography understands that life happens and sometimes you’ll need to reschedule or cancel your photo session! Out of respect for our photographers and other customers, any changes to your session must be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled date. This includes cancellations and reschedules to a future date.
